PERFORMANCE UNDER PRESSURE (PUP)
Low energy and high stress among employees can be
devastating to the bottom line — workers who aren’t functioning at their best
can result in considerable decreases in productivity, poor customer
satisfaction and high medical costs as well as medical leave. While the current
global recession intensifies the challenges, when the economy does turn up,
stress will remain high and energy low — unless organizations begin the
initiative to educate and inspire employees at all levels to take control of
their own life and lifestyle. It won’t be easy. There is a great need to
reverse soaring stress levels and putting employees in position to regain
energy. The goal is to have employees perform their best at work, with the
physical and mental stamina to pursue personal interests outside of work. It
won’t be easy but organizations must take action fast.
Now
Business Owners, HR directors, managers, and wellness coordinators can help
solve this increasing problem. Our PERFORMANCE
UNDER PRESSURE (PUP)
leverage on our Drum Circle Playshop (DCP) to promote Holistic Wellness with
special emphasis on emotional, nutritional and physical wellness, besides
developing stronger and united teams.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IN RHYTHM
Customer Service is all about FEELINGS.
Customers stop coming because they feel hurt! On the other hand, when you take
care of your customers’ FEELINGS, they will remain loyal for life and
will be your free advertisement.
The only way to stay in business is with CUSTOMERS.
Customers’ impression of the organisation is formed by employees - particularly
by people on the front line. The people who work for you must ensure that
customers’ expectations are met, and preferably exceeded, so that customers
walk away feeling successful and happy with your service. Businesses need to
learn how to attract them and keep them coming back. The transactional way of
doing business must be replaced with customer relationship building.
Our 2-day programme mixes fun with learning. We use
various aspects of Rhythm and Music to provoke learning about customer service
and to create the awareness on the importance of customer service. Our
programme emphasises a deceptively simple but winning approach to customer
service – that a relationship is at the heart of every transaction. This
programme helps your employees to understand the values, skills, techniques and
attitudes necessary to deliver the outstanding, legendary level of customer
service you need in order to make sure your customers are fully satisfied – and
don’t switch to competition. Customers will eventually give positive feedback
about your company wherever they go or whoever they meet. Not only will this
translate into a positive and good image for your company in the eyes of the
public, your employees will feel good that they have performed professionally
and have received due recognition. They will then be motivated to perform even
better in the future. So, everyone WINS!

YOUTH AFLAME: Youths making it Happen!
The teenage years are filled with growth, promises,
trials and tribulations. During this time, one may be faced with life-changing
decisions and challenges. And often these dilemmas are not easily answered. In
our programme The 9-Steps Stairway to Success,
we will guide teenagers to a better understanding of themselves, their
strengths and their desires, while helping them to devise and achieve plans for
realising their visions. Teens will understand and learn the importance of
Success Circles as well as how the Success Process works.
In an entertaining and interactive style, we will endeavour to bridge the gap
between education and the real world, and provide teenagers with the means to
boost self-esteem, avoid peer pressure, and handle the daily stresses that come
with being a young adult. Our programme is filled with relevant and practical
wisdom for today’s young adults.
Note:
As this programme is quite intensive and also requires participants to be
involved with a few charity organisations for field projects, this programme is
usually held during long school holidays.
